With years of experience navigating the twists and turns of leadership, team dynamics, and workplace culture, I’ve learned a few things—mostly the hard way. Outside of work, I’m just trying to balance it all like the rest of us—juggling family chaos, keeping fit, attempting to get sleep, and the occasional binge-watch session that was only supposed to last one episode. I thrive on exercise, Diet Mountain Dew, friends, great conversation, and the kind of laughter that makes you cry.
